Join act digital as a Senior Engineering Manager (CX) and lead a team of talented engineers working on AI-powered applications and infrastructure. As a hands-on leadership role, you'll split your time between technical execution, strategic planning, and people management.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience leading software development teams in a fast-paced environment
- M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with event-driven architectures and systems design
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, ECS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins
- Understanding of observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
- Knowledge of modern databases and data stores (Postgres, Redis, Neo4j, MongoDB, etc.)
