Job Description
The Scheduler is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of all assigned projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maintaining timelines to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Project Scheduling Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Preconstruction and Project Support group and resource managers
- Coordinate with project managers, external engineers, and subcontractors
- Identify potential risks to project schedules and develop contingency plans
- Monitor and update schedules to reflect changes in scope, delays, or other adjustments
- Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Collaborate with Estimating Department and project teams for resource loading
- Communicate schedule status updates to stakeholders and management regularly
- Attend on site project meetings
- Work with Project Managers to identify critical path activities
