Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1+ year of mental health experience, basic computer knowledge, strong writing and communication skills, and organizational/time management skills
Targeted Case Manager
Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Youth Care Coordinator
