Consultant en marchés publics

As a Public Markets Consultant at Altesia, you will accompany organizations in managing their public markets procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance while optimizing purchasing performance. You will analyze client needs, define purchasing strategies, and manage public markets procedures from start to finish.

Requirements

• Master's degree in law, management, economics, purchasing, or related field
• 2 to 7 years of experience in public markets/purchasing in regulated environments
• Good knowledge of public markets legislation
• Experience in writing tenders and contract management
• Good knowledge of purchasing management tools (ERP or specialized software)
• Analytical skills and rigor in compliance and process control
• Sense of organization and ability to manage complex procedures
• Excellent command of French; Dutch and English are assets
