We are seeking an educated social pedagogue to provide care and support to our residents at Youth Home Altiden Kværndrup. The ideal candidate will have experience in pedagogy, psychiatry, and Low Arousal pedagogy (LA2U), and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Educated in pedagogy or have other relevant academic education
• Experience within psychiatry/the social-pedagogical area
• Experience with Low Arousal pedagogy (LA2U)
• Coping with emotional swings and acting calmly and creating recognition
• Flexibility and responding to short notice
• Good collaboration with colleagues
