Preservation Coordinator, AFS Operations

Altisource is seeking a Preservation Coordinator to manage the REO property preservation process for reverse mortgages, ensuring timely completion and coordination of all necessary activities. The role requires strong understanding of reverse mortgage foreclosure timelines and procedures, excellent communication and coordination skills, and proficiency in PPW and Resnet applications.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in property preservation, REO management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of reverse mortgage foreclosure timelines and procedures
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on timely completion of tasks
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in PPW and Resnet applications
