Preservation Coordinator, AFS Operations

We are looking for a Preservation Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion and coordination of all necessary activities to secure, maintain, and preserve REO properties acquired through reverse mortgage foreclosures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property preservation, REO management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of reverse mortgage foreclosure timelines and procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on timely completion of tasks.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in PPW and Resnet applications.
