Process Trainer

At Altisource, we are looking for a Process Trainer to develop and manage client relations under the Altisource umbrella. The role involves facilitating training courses, designing and developing need-based L&D programs, and managing data. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in US Mortgage Origination Services, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and passion for training and delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of strong knowledge in US Mortgage Origination Services
• Graduate in any discipline
• Sound understanding of MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good people management skills
• Ability to liaise with onshore and offshore teams
• Decision and reporting tools to minimize variability, improve quality, and maximize profitability
• Ability to work under stringent timelines and pressure
