We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Specialist, Trustee Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of trustee operations, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Mortgage Trustee Servicing, title servicing, or foreclosure
- In-depth understanding of trustee services, processes, and procedures
- Experience with recording in a title or trustee capacity
- Notary certification preferred
- Experience with reverse mortgage services is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
