Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong foundational understanding of Python and its ecosystem
• Conceptual grasp of Event-driven architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS
• Proven ability to partner effectively with Product and Design to manage scope and delivery
• Strong communication skills and deep motivation for the engineering management career path
• Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken
