Job Description
Machine Operator, RHSB role responsible for running and supporting Reheat Stretch Blow (RHSB) machines, focusing on packing, inspecting, labeling, and preparing bottles for shipment while working safely and following quality standards.
Requirements
- Safely operate and work around production equipment
- Wear required PPE at all times
- Rotate between machines and packing styles as needed
- Select the correct box size for each product run
- Assemble boxes using a tape gun
- Scan required items accurately
- Line up 6–9 assembled boxes at the machine without blocking aisles or exits
- Verify whether the order requires caps
- Fold liners over product to prevent contamination
- Apply labels correctly to completed boxes
- Keep your workstation clean
- Work overtime when needed to support production or cover absences
