Sr. Infrastructure Engineer, Oracle Fusion

The Senior Oracle Fusion Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing and governing the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem, including environment strategy, identity and security architecture, integrations, performance and resilience, and operational governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant enterprise infrastructure or ERP platform experience
• Deep hands‐on experience with: Oracle Fusion Cloud technical architecture, OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), Oracle Fusion security and identity models, Enterprise integration architecture
• Strong understanding of: Cloud infrastructure principles, Identity and access management, Segregation of duties and audit controls, High availability and disaster recovery design
• Proven ability to collaborate across infrastructure, application, security, and business teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex architecture to technical and non‐technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in highly complex environments
• Proven experience operating in a senior technical architecture role
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience creating and maintaining architectural standards, reference architecture, and governance documentation
• Demonstrated leadership through influence rather than direct authority
