The Production Packaging Associate is responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving material, and operating packaging equipment. The role involves adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and demonstrating safe work practices.
Requirements

- Demonstrate safe work practices by wearing appropriate PEE, following Stop Think Act, and by immediately escalating abnormalities when found
- Demonstrate Operator Driven Quality by performing hourly inspections, by adhering to GMP policy, and by immediately escalating issues when any defect is found
- Can safely and efficiently operate on a designated line
- Can correctly run drop tests for bottles on designated line
- Monitor operation of conveyor systems and clear bottle jams from lines
- Discard defective bottles and report poor quality issues to management
- Ensure proper packing and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements
- Keeps work area neat, clean, and organized
