Job Description
Altium is seeking a .NET Team Leader to improve their products. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, supervising the design of features, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring technical feasibility. It's a permanent contract within a debt-free, financially strong company.
Requirements
- Seasoned Expertise: Min. 3 years of team and project leadership and 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Technical Proficiency: Senior level of C# (.NET Framework, .NET Core)
- Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations
- Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with GitHub
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CAD Know-how
- Strong communication skills in English
