Job Description
Altos Labs seeks a highly motivated and collaborative Director, Pathology to join their Institute of Medicine (IOM) Development Sciences team. The successful candidate will have strong scientific training and experience in leading Pathology workstreams in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) plus Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in Pathology
- PhD in Pathology or closely related discipline preferred
- Board certification in Veterinary Pathology (ACVP, ECVP, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with drug discovery and development teams
- Strong scientific aptitude and ability to implement investigative strategies to elucidate mechanisms of toxicity as needed
