Scientist, In Vivo Genomics

Altos Labs is seeking a Scientist, In Vivo Genomics to join their Discovery Science team. The ideal candidate will be an experimental biologist with strong technical depth and the curiosity to pursue new biological frontiers. The role will involve designing and executing hypothesis-driven studies, leading and performing functional genomics experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance the company's mission.

Requirements

• PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Bioengineering, or related discipline
• Relevant postdoctoral and/or industry experience for Scientist level
• Hands-on in vivo experience with various disease mouse models
• Deep hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and molecular/cellular biology techniques
• Strong track record of experimental achievement in mechanistic biology and independent scientific thinking
