Requirements

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a matrixed team of experts across Discovery, Preclinical, Clinical, and CMC (Manufacturing)
• Strategic Planning: Develop and present options for the program for senior management
• Financial Oversight: Manage the program budget, including resource allocation, forecasting
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of communication for executive leadership
• Risk & Mitigation: Proactively identify 'deal-breakers' in the development path
