We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary projects within the Institute of Computation (IoC).
Requirements
- BS or MS in life sciences, computational biology, business, or a related field
- 5-6 years of experience in project management within biotechnology, computational biology, AI/ML, pharmaceuticals, or a related scientific field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite or similar)
- Strong communication skills to present technical information clearly and effectively
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities to address project challenges
- Results-driven and detail-oriented with a proactive approach
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Growth-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborative and enjoys working as part of a high-impact team
