Chief of Staff

Altruist is hiring a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO, driving clarity, accountability, and execution across the business. The role requires exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a strong analytical background and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in top tier management consulting firm and in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or similar strategic role at a high-growth tech company
• Exceptional business judgment and a track record of operating as a high-leverage generalist in complex, fast-moving environments
• Strong analytical horsepower, including advanced Excel/gSheets skills and experience building models to inform real business decisions
• Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous problems, structure them clearly, and drive them through to execution with measurable impact
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in situations where you do not have direct ownership
