We're looking for a Manager of Corporate Actions to join our growing Operations team. The role involves managing a team, stabilizing and documenting current workflows, enhancing controls and efficiency, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver a scalable, audit-ready operation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in brokerage, clearing, or custody operations focused on managing corporate actions teams.
- Strong working knowledge of DTCC PBS
- Deep understanding of mandatory and voluntary event types, timelines, market standards, and tax/cost-basis implications.
- Education - Ideally looking for a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Securities licenses - Series 7 required; Series 24 preferred (or ability to obtain).
