Senior Financial Analyst

Altruist is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing FP&A team. The role involves building and maintaining management reporting and forecasting engine, driving forecast accuracy, and providing clear, data-backed insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting, with a strong background in financial modeling and data analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Accounting
• Strong financial modeling skills and comfort working with large, complex data sets
• High proficiency in Excel, Google suite
• Experience with modern FP&A tools (e.g., Netsuite, Abacum or similar) and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• B.A. / B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
