Senior Product Manager, Trading

Altruist is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the trading experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in fintech or financial services and experience in launching and scaling complex products. They will be responsible for owning the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for Altruist’s trading platform.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of product management experience from a high-caliber tech firm or fintech
• Prior experience in trading or investment platforms is a significant plus
• Foundational financial acumen, including a solid grasp of investment management terms, calculations, and the operational needs of a professional broker-dealer
• Deep technical literacy, enabling you to engage as a peer with engineers, challenge technical assumptions, and understand system trade-offs
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill abstract strategic goals into concrete requirements and get diverse stakeholders across the company on board
• Operational flexibility to support US market hours, ensuring product leadership and coverage are available during the most critical windows of the trading day
• Bachelor's degree required. MBA and/or CFA designation preferred
