Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Altruist is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their growing team. The role involves designing and implementing complex systems on AWS and Kubernetes, mentoring other engineers, and owning strategies for incident response and disaster recovery. The position is based in Los Angeles or San Francisco and requires 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related role.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working in Site Reliability Engineering or a related role
• Expertise in AWS services and Kubernetes, including infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
• Strong programming skills and experience with automation frameworks
• Experience supporting Java-based business applications
• Experience with DevOps infrastructure tools and AI technologies
• Experience with Apache Spark and AI technologies
