Altruist is hiring a Staff Trust & Safety Engineer to join their growing Security team. The successful candidate will ensure Altruist's products are secure and design end client authentication systems partnering with product and engineering. The role involves leading large-scale initiatives in fraud and security, partnering with product to build security, risk, and fraud into the product development life cycle, and responding to large-scale security and fraud events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working in fraud, security or anti-abuse
- Experience leading large-scale initiatives in fraud and security
- Experience partnering with Product to build security, risk, and fraud into the Product Development Life Cycle
- Industry recognized expert in fraud
- Expertise in threat intelligence, dark web research, and understanding the latest fraud and security trends
- Experience in responding to large-scale security and fraud events
- Ability to build, support, and design systems that function at scale
- Ability to work as a one-person team
