Content Operations Lead - Crypto (Remote)

Alts Digital is a fast-growing, bootstrapped group that builds digital ventures shaping how people engage with information, make decisions, and create value online. As Content Operations Lead, you’ll own content systems end-to-end for our iGaming crypto website, from idea → execution → measurement → iteration.

Requirements

• Strong technical writing background with experience building automated content systems
• Hands-on experience with AI writing tools and a solid sense for their limitations
• Proven ability to proofread and substantially improve AI-generated text (accuracy, style, structure, uniqueness)
• Excellent research skills: validating claims, cross-checking sources, and avoiding misinformation
• Strong crypto industry knowledge (casino knowledge can be learned internally)
• Comfort working with performance metrics and using data to guide content decisions
• A testing mindset: running experiments, documenting results, and applying learnings
