Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Good understanding of networking concepts (CCNA level)
- Basic experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (user management, permissions)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows environments
- Experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting ERP or business applications
- Understanding of backup systems and data protection
