Aluminum Precision Products (APP) is looking for a Purchase Order Review Clerk to review customer purchase orders and work with the sales staff to provide support as needed.
Requirements
- Review customer purchase orders and compare the information to the ERP system
- Maintain and update electronic work instructions (Q clause)
- Notify in writing any discrepancies found when reviewing the purchase order for corrections and/or additional information needed from the customer
- Work closely with the CSS's and other sales staff to provide support as needed
- Correct and modify inaccurate files or records into various databases
- Cross train into other areas within the department
- Embrace and promote the company's culture beliefs as a means to achieve the Key Results
- Conduct yourself in accordance with Aluminum Precision Products Employee Code of Conduct
- Perform any other duties not mentioned above when instructed to do so by the APP leadership
