Purchase Order Review Clerk - 1st Shift

Aluminum Precision Products (APP) is looking for a Purchase Order Review Clerk to review customer purchase orders and work with the sales staff to provide support as needed.

Requirements

• Review customer purchase orders and compare the information to the ERP system
• Maintain and update electronic work instructions (Q clause)
• Notify in writing any discrepancies found when reviewing the purchase order for corrections and/or additional information needed from the customer
• Work closely with the CSS's and other sales staff to provide support as needed
• Correct and modify inaccurate files or records into various databases
• Cross train into other areas within the department
• Embrace and promote the company's culture beliefs as a means to achieve the Key Results
• Conduct yourself in accordance with Aluminum Precision Products Employee Code of Conduct
• Perform any other duties not mentioned above when instructed to do so by the APP leadership
