Job Description
Activation & Planning is the frontline of the Company, where they require to face with the Companyâs clients. They strive to look for new business opportunities to boost Company revenue. The main point of contact between client and agency and require managing client relationship effectively with exceptional people skills.
Requirements
- Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelorâs Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 yearsâ account management experience in Marketing Field (eg. ATL, BTL, Digital, Social and Retail/Shopper activation roles)
- Independent & confident in meeting clients
- Confident pitching techniques and experience taking sole responsibility for projects
- Adaptable to new environments and work processes
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Good at prioritizing & multi-tasking
- Resultsâoriented and able to work under pressure
- Selfâmotivated, willing to learn, able to work independently and possesses a positive mental attitude
- Taking ownership of accounts and providing effective solutions to situations
