Job Description
Support the Human Resource department in creating and posting job advertisements, running phone screening, scheduling interviews, and organizing tests with suitable candidates.
Requirements
- Creating and posting job advertisements on social sites and websites
- Running phone screening and scheduling interviews
- Organizing interviews and tests with suitable candidates
- Sourcing suitable candidates via job ads, social media, and referrals
- Screening resumes, shortlisting, and selecting candidates for positions
