Job Description
The Team Leader for Milk Powder Project will listen to the promoter, understand their needs, and build relationships to enrich their job tasks and KPI achievements. The role involves conducting audits, monitoring attendance, and ensuring promoters promote assigned products and engage with targeted shoppers.
Requirements
- Conduct on-field audits and provide necessary support to promoters
- Monitor and report promoter daily attendance
- Ensure promoters promote assigned products and recruit targeted shoppers
- Ensure accurate and complete product detailing
- Communicate product information and promotion mechanics to promoters
- Monitor and follow up on product stock levels
- Coach promoters on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Build and maintain rapport with client sales representatives and retailers
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Propose new outlets and submit required reports
- Ensure overall welfare and well-being of PAs under supervision
