Job Description
AM General is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring quality procedures and processes are followed, working with DCMA and direct customers to achieve truck sales, and performing FIR audits with government. You will also support the Quality Manager with special projects and interface with other departmental personnel in the manufacturing process.
Requirements
- Associate degree in quality or related field (plus)
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience (plus)
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Basic skills in MS Office Excel and Word
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement processes
- Strong initiative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Military training on the HMMWV (plus)
