Job Description
AM General is seeking a Senior Buyer to develop and implement strategic plans to source complex components for prototype, pre-production, and production requirements. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supplier Management and/or Business/Engineering, a minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supplier Management and/or Business/Engineering
- A minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience
- MBA, CPSM, and/or CPSD preferred
- Strong computer skills required (Word, Excel, SAP)
- Teamwork skills required
- Analytical thinking, negotiating, and problem-solving skills required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
