Superintendent -Manufacturing Repair

We are seeking a Superintendent - Manufacturing Repair to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience, prior supervisory experience in a union environment, and a college degree or high school diploma. The role involves supervising multiple manufacturing departments, maintaining quality workmanship, and enforcing company policies and safety rules.

Requirements

• College degree or High School diploma with 7+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience in a union environment preferred
• Experience in welding, painting, vehicle repair, or assembly preferred
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Ability to interpret and utilize process sheets, blueprints, and forecast sheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Repair experience with military vehicles (JLTV, Humvee, FMTV) or commercial experience in automotive, truck, or heavy equipment repair
