Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator is the operational backbone of AM/PM Door's service department, responsible for scheduling technicians, managing incoming service requests, and keeping customers informed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or operations coordination role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software, CRMs, or service management platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High level of organization and follow-through
