Job Description
Accounting Assistant responsible for overseeing accounting duties, formulating and administering accounting practices, and preparing financial statements. Works on-site 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Accounting degree or equivalent business experience
- Five years or more of related experience required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in accounting software, SyteLine
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work harmoniously with others
- Ability to accept and follow instructions
