Shore Excursion Staff

The Shore Excursion Staff is responsible for promoting, selling, and coordinating shore excursion tours and activities to guests onboard Celebrity Cruises vessels.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of shipboard experience in Shore Excursions or Guest Relations
• Strong knowledge of ports, tours, and local destinations
• Proven sales background or experience in travel and tourism preferred
• Excellent public speaking and guest service skills
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS, or reservation systems)
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Physically fit and able to participate in safety drills and required training
