Automation & Process Optimization (Finance)

Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. The company is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join its Finance & Operations team as an Automation & Process Optimization. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and control reliability through automation and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in automation, data operations, finance operations, reconciliation, audit, or process improvement roles.
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining automation solutions using at least one of the following: Google Apps Script, Python, or SQL
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with high attention to data accuracy and validation.
• Experience working with large, complex, or high-volume datasets.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
