Job Description
Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia, looking for a Digital Banking Operation Officer to join their team. The role involves conducting daily reconciliations, investigating transactional discrepancies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support process improvements and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in high volume data processing, settlements or payment operations within digital banking, fintech, or financial services
- Understanding of digital transaction flows (e.g API-based payments, QRIS, e-money, VA, top-ups, refunds)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with experience using SQL queries, Excel (Macro VBA, Pivot Tables) and Google Sheets (Apps Script)
- Fluent in English language (oral and written)
