Amar Bank is a technologically advanced digital bank in Indonesia seeking a Corporate Lending Circle Lead to lead the Corporate Banking team and develop strategies to achieve lending and fee-based income targets. The successful candidate will drive business expansion, oversee loan portfolios, and manage a team of Relationship Managers.

Requirements

• Holds a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Possesses 8 years of experience in banking, lending, or credit-preferably within the Corporate segment.
• Demonstrates a strong client network or database within the Corporate market.
• Maintains a clean record with no history of misconduct or fraud in previous employment.
• Highly motivated, performance-driven, and committed to professional growth.
• Exhibits integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure while consistently meeting or exceeding business targets.
