The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding new customer prospects, maintaining existing customers, and conducting visits to build relationships and offer bank products and services. The role requires a strong understanding of fundraising within the banking industry, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and a proven track record of building customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field
• Comprehensive knowledge and strong experience in fundraising within the banking industry
• Proven experience in building customer loyalty
• Possesses and can develop a personal customer network
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
