Job Description
The Business Manager (Branch Head) will be responsible for ensuring branch KPIs are achieved, managing branch operations, and ensuring quality of portfolio aligns with Amartha's goals.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma III education
- Responsible experience in managing branches
- Experience in leading more than 5-10 team members
- Experience of at least 2 years in Micro Finance as a Business Manager / Leader
- Ability to formulate Sales & Marketing strategies
- Private car and SIM C
- Will to be stationed in Amartha's working area in Balige
