Business Manager (Team Leader) responsible for managing a branch, leading a team, and achieving sales and marketing targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma III education
- Has experience in managing a branch with responsibility
- Has experience leading more than 5-10 team members
- Has at least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as Business Manager / Leader (preferably from a Grameen Bank / Microfinance institution)
- Can prepare a Sales & Marketing strategy as a team collaboration to achieve targets
- Has a private vehicle and a C-class driving license
