Job Description
The Data Privacy & Protection Specialist plays a crucial role in Amartha, spearheading Data Privacy & Protection programs to protect Amartha from internal and external threats.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain Data Privacy & Protection strategy, including policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Design and implement Data Privacy & Protection strategy solutions that adhere to best practices and compliance requirements (UU PDP, GDPR, etc)
- Perform gap assessment on data privacy and protection practices
- Interfacing with data subjects to inform them on their rights, how their data is being used, and what processes the company has put in place to protect their data.
- Define and manage Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
- Conduct Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA).
- Develop and deliver data privacy and protections trainings and awareness programs to all stakeholders
