Job Description
Amartha is looking for an Engineering Lead to lead and mentor a team of software engineers, drive technical projects, and contribute technically to projects by owning services, improving code quality, and building operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have experience in the financial technology industry, advanced knowledge in Go, and experience with distributed storage and database systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the financial technology industry
- Advanced knowledge in Go
- Experience with distributed storage and database systems
- Experience with TDD
- Experience with refactoring large systems
- Experience with event driven architecture
- Good communication skill, team player and comfortable working with a cross-functional team
- Passion for learning, improving and contributing to projects with a strong sense of ownership
