Funding Product & Data Analyst

Amartha is seeking a Product & Data Analyst – Operational to deliver actionable insights and operational analytics to support product execution, portfolio monitoring, and process efficiency across investment products.

Requirements

• 3-4 years experience in handling data analytics
• Strong SQL skills
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Experience with Looker and/or Superset
• Solid understanding of growth, funnel, and cohort analysis
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Experience in fintech, microfinance, or mass-market analytics
• Ability to create and present analytical reports to internal stakeholders
• Ability to lead strategic discussions and contribute data-driven inputs to product development and community initiatives
