Amaze Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated virtual care team. Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license as an APP
• A minimum of four (4) years providing care in primary, family, urgent or emergency care
• Strong communication and digital literacy skills to connect with patients and team members alike in a virtual environment
