Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of recent, in‐person nursing experience
• Prior experience in triage, urgent care, emergency department, or other high‐acuity outpatient or inpatient settings
• Strong prioritization and critical‐thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and compassionate in time‐sensitive or high‐pressure situations
