Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking qualified clinicians to join their team in Lakewood/North Denver. They provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and are looking for motivated RN's with experience in Home Health Skilled Nursing Visits.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a similar setting
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in computer usage and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
