Job Description
Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and uphold a culture of accountability, quality, and service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in home health, healthcare, or a regulated environment
- Experience supporting onboarding programs and regulatory surveys or audits strongly preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices required
