Job Description
Amazing Lash Studio is looking for a General Manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. The role involves leading a team, creating a positive culture, and achieving sales and financial goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals
- Excellent leadership skills, ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
- Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Competent trainer and motivator
- MindBody Software experience a plus
